A day of enjoyable nothing. Kendrick and Abbey spent the day at work, leaving the apartment and the insane cats (Gizmo and Lewy) to our devices. Somehow the day moved along without anything happening except an 8 mile run to Alviso and swimming at the pool with little memorable in between.
For dinner we treated our hosts to balsamic pork tenderloin with mashed sweet potatoes prepared mainly by Liv and my foolish help mixed in. The dinner came out amazingly and it's nice to eat real food that doesn't have to be rehydrated and cooked over the Whisper Lite. Afterwards we walked 3 miles around the park, Kendrick and I discussing the finer points of running and life while Liv and Abby walked ahead.
During the evening the air mattress deflated, again, making for an other half ass night of sleep
